Patricia Miranda was born and raised in Peru. She began dancing at 5 years old, and danced Marinera, Salsa and Bachata. In 2011 she won a scholarship to D1 Dance Company in Lima, Peru and was able to train in different dance styles such as Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Freestyle. It was there that she fell in love with Urban dance styles and took master classes with International Choreographers such as Brian Green, Budha Stretch, Caleaf, Edson Guiu, Mr, Wiggles, Leslie Feliciano, Gemini Lockiano and Dolores Ninja. Since 2012, she began participating in dance battles and competitions, where she ultimately fell in love with Waacking and Voguing. She became one of the pioneers of the style in her country and won Hip-Hop International – Peru 2013 and 2014 in the Waacking category. In 2016, she traveled to New York and was a part of “Bountiful: A Teacher’s Journey” at the Manhattan Movement
Arts Center. In 2018, she competed and won 2nd in World of Dance – Peru with MC Crew.
Recently, she has moved to Arlington, VA to continue pursuing her passions and spreading the joys of dance!
