Kiera harley


Kiera started her professional dance career after graduating from Towson University. She spent four seasons touring as a full time performing artist with Step Afrika!, one of the top 10 African-American dance companies in the United States. With Step Afrika!, Kiera performed for audiences across the U.S., South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa, while also teaching body percussion & South African Zulu to diverse groups of people. She’s had the privilege of learning West African movement from faculty in the University of Ghana Dance Department, Ballet National du Bénin (National Ballet of Benin) & South African Zulu from Africa Umoja dance company.


Kiera has performed often on prestigious stages, such as at the Kennedy Center and with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, with celebrity gospel artists and most recently, Chaka Khan.

Her background includes classical ballet, lyrical, modern, hip hop, contemporary, Latin styles, body percussion/stepping, and musical theater.


She hopes to use her love of dance & movement to inspire & uplift people across the world.
