Julia brings to you a holistic approach to exercise, dance, and stretching by focusing on flexibility, injury prevention, and strength building.
Julia’s background, inclusive of a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Temple University, certification as a yoga instructor specializing in sports performance and rehabilitative yoga from Core Power Yoga (RYT-200hr), Stretch Therapy and Flexibility Training certification, and ongoing work with athletes and dancers, exemplifies my commitment to quality care.
Julia’s passion for dancing began at the age of eight and continues to this day. She’s had a wide range of experiences and training throughout her career, but is particularly proud of her time as a former NFL Cheerleader for the Washington Football Team, four-year member and captain of Temple University’s Diamond Gem Dance Team, The Dance Theatre of Harlem residency program, Alvin Ailey summer intensives as well as her time with Capitol Movement, to name a few.
Julia has a passion for seeing people grow and helping them find and embody their full potential. Her classes are all about relaxing and connecting your mind and body. It will always be a vibe and safe space, so show up as you are and step into your zone with her!
